The Hillcrest at The Farm sub-association has been formed to serve the homeowners of Filings 7 and 8.
This involves semi-custom homes and those built by "Melody Homes" at The Farm. The sub-association has the responsibility for governing and maintaining the community house and swimming pool built in 2001 at 17668 E. Euclid Avenue.
Included in the sub-association's annual budget is the maintenance and operation of the community building, pool, and surrounding area.
