Homestead Pool
The Homestead at The Farm sub-association has been formed to serve the homeowners of Filings 1, 2, and 5.
There are 307 homes in the sub-association.
This involves homes built by "Sanford / Beazer Homes" at The Farm. The sub-association has the responsibility for governing and maintaining the community house and swimming pool built in 2001 at 6500 S. Walden Street.
Included in the sub-association's annual budget is the maintenance and operation of the community building, pool, and surrounding area.

Pool Reservations
Private Parties: The pool will be available for private parties for selected weekend nights after normal pool closings. For information, or to reserve a private party, contact Jaylene at Front Range 303-617-0221. Small groups bringing in more than 4 guests for children’s daytime parties should also make reservations in advance. This is important for safety reasons so enough guards are scheduled. Availability is on a first-come first-serve basis.
