1. All landscaping plans must be approved by the Design Review Board prior to installation. Design review applications and instructions can be obtained from the Farm Website and must be submitted to Hammersmith.

2. Front yard landscaping must be completed within three months of the property closing date. However, if the closing date is between October 1st and March 31st, then front yard landscaping completion can be delayed to July 1st. Side and rear yard landscaping must be completed no later than October 31st if the closing date is between January 1st and July 31st. If the closing date is between August 1st and December 31st, the side and rear yard landscaping must be completed no later that July 1st the following year.

NOTE: Due to ECCV water restrictions, the Board has temporarily amended the landscape requirements. All homeowners are still required to submit a landscaping plan and be approved, and are required to install trees, shrubs and hardscapes by the dates stated above.
